Hey guys,
I am having issues using cheats for Grand Turismo 4.
It says they load, but they simply don't.
The game does run fine at 60 fps.
My .pnach file is as follows:

As you can see it does say that my cheats are loaded.
(I did convert the cheats from MAX to RAW and used PCSX2CE to create the .pnach file, I even tried making it myself which resulted in the same problem.).
The CRC is matching as you can see with the bolded text.
The .pnach file is in the Cheats folder and I think that's it.
Oh and I made sure that cheats are enabled!
So am I making a rookie mistake or is it something else?
