Need to Know
1. To subscribe to WhatsApp bundle, send 'WA' (200 MB) or “WA2” (300 MB) to 1100 (free of charge) from your prepaid line.
Subscription to the bundle will be automatically renewed every 30 days if there is enough credit.
2. When subscribed to the WhatsApp bundle, you can still activate any Daily Data bundle (1 day, 2 days, 4 days or 7 days), Social Data bundle, HSI or Web &Talk bundle simultaneously.
Active data plans on the line will be consumed successively:
-Followed by Social Data MB
-Followed by Web & Talk MB
3. To check your remaining MBs, dial *220# or through our mobile app.
4. The WhatsApp Bundle can be activated on all prepaid lines.
6. To deactivate the WhatsApp Bundle, send an SMS including 'DWA' to 1100. Once you deactivate the bundle, you still benefit from the remaining MBs until the bundle’s validity date is reached.
7. Unused MBs will not be carried over upon auto-renewal.
8. The WhatsApp bundle is not compatible with BlackBerry handsets (excluding BB10).
